Hi, I'm Carly.
This was me.
Alcoholic.
Bulimic.
Anorexic.
Overtrainer.
Binge eater.
Anxious.
Chaotic.
Codependent.
And I genuinely believed that if I could just change my body, everything would finally fall into place.
All or nothing.
On it or failing.
A constant pendulum swinging between obsession and giving up.
There was never any balance. Never any peace.
And what I realised was - it was never just about the body.
Strength training changed my life.
But so did breathwork.
Stillness.
Meditation.
Connection.
Sisterhood.
Changing my inner world completely changed my outer world too. Because when the inside started to feel better, the behaviours causing the pain started to change too.
For a while I felt like I had to choose between the two. Train my body OR work on myself internally.
But why did it have to be one or the other?
And that's exactly why I created SPACE. A place where women can become fit and still be feminine. Strong and still be peaceful. A place where women work on both their inner and outer world at the same time.
Because real change becomes possible when both finally come together.

Do I need to be fit to start?+
Not at all. Sessions are coached and adapted to your level, whether you're completely new to training or already have experience.
How do I get started?+

How do memberships work?+
Memberships are based on the number of strength sessions you'd like each month, with all memberships also including unlimited conditioning and stillness sessions.
Do I have to train on the same days every week?+
No - your sessions are flexible. You simply use your allocated sessions across the month in a way that works for your schedule.
How do I book sessions?+
Once you join you'll receive access to the GoTeamUp app where you can view and book sessions in advance.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No - there's no contract or long term commitment. We simply ask for 30 days notice if you'd like to cancel.
What's included in my membership?+
All memberships include your chosen number of strength sessions plus unlimited conditioning and stillness sessions. SPACE members also receive discounted rates on 1:1 Stretch Therapy, Breathwork and Reiki sessions.
Is there parking?+
Yes - free parking is available on site.
How many women are in each session?+
Strength sessions have a maximum of 6 women. Conditioning classes are up to 15 women.
What should I bring?+
Comfortable training clothes, water and yourself - everything else will be taken care of.
